Apple Salad with Honeycrisp Apples, Celery, Grapes, Pecans, and Dried Cranberries with Greek yogurt

Indulge in a refreshing and flavourful Apple Salad recipe featuring Honeycrisp Apples, crunchy celery, sweet grapes, toasted pecans, and tangy dried cranberries. Perfect for a light and healthy meal or side dish.

Ingredients:
– 2 large Honeycrisp apples, diced
– 2 stalks of celery, chopped
– 1 cup of seedless red grapes, halved
– 1/2 cup of pecans, roughly chopped
– 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
– 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, chopped celery, halved grapes, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to meld together.
  5. Serve the Harvest Apple Salad as a side dish or enjoy it as a light and refreshing snack. Enjoy!

Note: Feel free to add other ingredients such as shredded carrots, raisins, or sunflower seeds to customize the salad to your liking. The possibilities are endless!

Apple Salad with Honeycrisp Apples, Celery, Grapes, Pecans, and Dried Cranberries with mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and dried cranberries.
  2. Make dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss salad: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve: Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
